Southampton is all set to host the finals of the 1st ICC World Test Championship 2021 with full enthusiasm. Although this pandemic has affected the whole world, the excitement among the cricketing fans is at its peak as usual. The Finals is scheduled to be played from 18 June 2021 to 22nd June 2021 at The Rose Bowl in Southampton. Ajinkya Madhukar Rahane was born on 6 June 1988. He is an Indian worldwide cricketer. He is at present the vice-captain of the Indian cricket crew in Test cricket. He plays basically as a middle-order batsman in the Test format and as a top-order batsman in white-ball types of the game. He addresses Mumbai in homegrown cricket and Delhi Capitals in IPL. 

Rahane made his five-star debut in the 2007–08 Ranji Trophy season for Mumbai. He made his worldwide presentation in a Twenty20 International against England at Manchester in August 2011. Rahane made his Test debut in the  Border–Gavaskar Trophy in March 2013. He scored his first Test century against New Zealand at Basin Reserve, Wellington. Cheteshwar Arvind Pujara brought into the world on 25 January 1988 is an Indian cricketer who represents India primarily in Test cricket and addresses Saurashtra in homegrown cricket. He is a right-handed batsman who made his top-notch debut for Saurashtra in December 2005 and made his Test debut at Bangalore in October 2010. Mayank Anurag Agarwal born on 16 October 1991, is an Indian cricketer who plays as a right-handed top-order batsman. He made his debut for the India national cricket team, on the 26th of December 2018 against Australia at the MCG. Agarwal gained fame with his performances in the 2008-09 Cooch Behar in the Cricket World Cup and the 2010 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup, where he was leading run-scorer for India. Born on September 8, 1999, Shubman Gill is an Indian cricket player who plays for Punjab in domestic cricket and the Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League (IPL) as a right-handed opening batsman. He made his Punjab debut against Bengal in the 2017-18 Ranji Trophy, a century in this match, and 129 runs in the next game against services. He made his international debut in the Indian cricket team in January 2019.

He was named in India's under-19 team as vice-captain of the 2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. Shubman scored 372 runs at 124.00 in the tournament, where he finished third in India's fourth-place finish and was named Player of the Tournament. Winning 102 unbeaten games in the semi-finals against rivals Pakistan U-19 drew the likes of Rahul Dravid, Sachin Tendulkar, VVS Laxman, and Sourav Ganguly.

Born on November 5, 1988, Virat Kohli is an Indian cricket player and current captain of the Indian national team. The top-order right-handed batsman is considered one of the world's top batsmen. He has played for Delhi in domestic cricket and at Royal Challengers Bangalore in the Indian Premier League (IPL) as a franchise captain since 2013.

Kohli was the captain of the India Under-19s in winning the 2008 Under-19 World Cup in Malaysia. A few months later, he made his first India ODI against 19-year-old Sri Lanka. Initially playing as a standout player for the Indian team, he quickly established himself as a regular ODI middle-order batsman and was part of the team that won the 2011 World Cup. 

He started playing for the first time in Tests in 2011 and gained the term "ODI specialist" in 2013 with hundreds in Tests in Australia and South Africa. Rishabh Rajendra Pant was born on 4 October 1997. He is an Indian cricket player who plays as a wicket-keeper for India, Delhi, and Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League. In December 2015, he was selected to the Indian team for the 2016 2016 Under-2016 Cricket World Cup. On 1 February 2016, during the tournament, Pant hit 50 runs in just 18 balls, which is the fastest at this level.

He made his Twenty20 International (T20I) debut in India in January 2017, his first Test in August 2018, and his One Day International (ODI) in October 2018. In January 2019, Pant was honored with the ICC Emerging player of the year at the 2018 ICC Awards. Ravindrasinh Anirudhsinh Jadeja who was born on December 6, 1988, and better known as Ravindra Jadeja, is an Indian international cricket player. He is an all-rounder, striking bats with his left hand in the middle order and an orthodox left-arm bowler. Jadeja represents Saurashtra in domestic cricket and the Chennai Super Kings in the Indian Premier League.

Jadeja was part of India's under-19 cricket team that won the 2008 World Cup in Malaysia under current India captain Virat Kohli. He played his first ODI match against Sri Lanka on 8 February 2009 and scored 60 runs unbeaten off 77 balls in that match. Ishant Sharma who was born on 2 September 1988, and better known as Lambu, is an Indian cricket player representing India in Tests, ODIs, and T20Is. He is 1.93 m (6 ft 4 in) tall and a right-arm medium-fast bowler.

At the age of 18, Sharma was invited to join the Indian team for South Africa Tour in 2006-07. However, after receiving a phone call and arranging travel arrangements, he was not selected. In terms of her height and body weight in her under-19 days, the bowler was named Lambu. In 2011, he became the fifth-youngest player to take 100 Test wickets. 

Against South Africa in 2013, Ishant Sharma became the fifth fastest Indian to grab 100 ODI wickets. Ishant Sharma is still considered one of India's fastest boxers to exceed 150 km/h several times in international cricket and IPL. He bowled the fastest delivery to Ricky Ponting bowling at 152.2 km/h at the Boxing Day Test in the year 2011. Jasprit Jasbirsingh Bumrah who was born on December 6, 1993, is an Indian cricket player, who plays for the Indian national cricket team by all means. He is a right-arm fast bowler. After a few successful seasons with the Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League, as well as with his home team Gujarat, he was selected for the Indian team in their 2015-16 match against Australia, replacing the injured Mohammed Shami.

Bumrah played his first match in the One Day Internationals and Twenty20 Internationals in the 2015-16 series against Australia. He is the first Asian bowler to take 5 wickets in a test in South Africa, England, and Australia that same year. He is the third-highest wicket-taker in the debut year of the test with 48 wickets in eight matches.

Mohammed Shami Ahmed, born on 3 September 1990, is an Indian cricket player who plays for the Indian national cricket team. He is known as an expert in the reverse swing. He is a right-arm fast bowler, who frequently bowls around the 145 km/h to 150 km/h mark, and swings and casts the ball at that speed which makes him a fast bowler with deceptive power. He played his first ODI match against Pakistan in January 2013 where he set a record for bowling four maiden overs. He took five wickets in his first Test match against the West Indies in November 2013. 

On 23 January 2019, he became the fastest bowler in India to take 100 ODI wickets. On 22 June 2019, Shami took a hat-trick against Afghanistan in the 2019 Cricket World Cup and also helped India win the match. Shami is the fourth Indian cricketer to take a hat-trick in ODI Cricket after Chetan Sharma, Kapil Dev, and Kuldeep Yadav.

Umesh Kumar Tilak Yadav born on 25 October 1987, is an Indian cricket player currently playing for Vidarbha, the Indian national team, and Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League. Right-arm pace bowler, Yadav has played for Vidarbha at the domestic level since 2008 and is the first player of the team to play Test cricket.

He played his first One Day International (ODI) match against Zimbabwe in May 2010. The following year, in November, Yadav played his first Test match against the West Indies. He took the highest wicket in India and took third place in the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup. He holds the highest strike rate record in an innings in Test cricket.
